Why are there charges for repeat set ups?

Though screens have already been made to imprint the watches, every time a repeat order is placed the screen must be set up again to perfectly match the previous print. This is why the repeat set up is half the cost of the original on silk-screen imprinting. In many cases, if an order repeats many times and the screen loses its integrity, a new screen will be made as well. In these cases, we do not charge the customer for the new screen.

Can we combine men's and women's models to reach a quantity break?

Though men's and women's watches look alike in style, they are actually completely different models made of different parts—from the buckles and bands to the case hands and internal components. For this reason, 12 men's and 13 women's models cannot be combined for the 25-piece price.

Why are there different screens and set ups for men's and women's models?

Since men's and women's models feature different dial sizes and imprint areas, they have there own set up charges as well. For example, for a two-color imprint, there will be a $60.00 V set-up charge for the first color (or $120 V for both men's and women's models) and a $30.00 V set-up charge for each additional color (or $60.00 V for both men's and women's models).

What parts of a Europa watch can be customized?

Unlike most watch suppliers who limit customization to simple logos, at Europa we offer a complete array of custom options—including bands, hands, dial colors and finishes, hour markings, special functions and packaging. And for special projects, we can even design and manufacture a custom timepiece to your complete specifications.

How long does the battery last?

We only use high-quality, silver-oxide batteries with a normal lifespan of 18-36 months in all our analog timepieces. If you are ordering watches for a fulfillment program, we can also insert a movement "stopper" that reduces the drain on the battery by seventy-five percent.

What kind of time-keeping movement is used in a Europa watch?

We use high-precision Citizen Miyota or Seiko movements in all of our standard watches. With less than a one-percent return rate, this means our watches are made to last. And to prove it, every Europa timepiece comes with an unprecedented Lifetime Warranty.

What is a Virtual Sample™?

Because a picture really is worth a thousand words, we at Europa created Virtual Samples to give our customers an immediate visual presentation of their custom orders. These high-resolution, photographic-quality images — complete with company logos — can be viewed online and printed out at any time, saving our customers both time and money.
