to immediately configure most watch models featured in the line to their exact specifications — from different
bands and dial finishes to hour markings.

2000 - Europa ILC - Building An International Brand

To promote Europa as the pre-eminent brand for customized watches on a global level, the Europa International Licensing Company is established. Dedicated licensees quickly join the ILC in countries around the world
— from Mexico and Thailand to Russia and Croatia.

1999 - EuropaWatch.Com

Reflecting the importance of their Web site as a tool for customers, the company officially changes the name of
the line to EuropaWatch.Com. In addition to viewing Virtual Samples, customers can now search the iCatalog
and track their orders online.

1997 - Introduction of Virtual Samples™

Europa develops their pioneering Virtual Samples™, which allow customers to see high-resolution images of
customized timepieces—complete with their company logos—in a record-breaking 72 hours.

1995 - Expanding Product Line

With a dynamic new manufacturing partner, the company dramatically expands its product line to over two hundred
high-quality, uniquely customizable timepieces. Over the next five years, the line is further expanded to become the
largest in the industry.

1990 - Rush Delivery & Extended Warranty

A first in the custom-watch industry, Europa introduces rush and super-rush delivery. The company also offers a
five-year warranty that is later expanded to an unprecedented lifetime limited warranty on all timepieces.

1985 - Technological Innovation

Computer wizard Ben Schob joins his brother, Ralf, and launches the company’s ongoing commitment to making all processes faster and easier for their customers through constant technological innovation.
